According to reports, Bebo will be seen as a rough, tough action queen for a new ad campaign as the style diva has signed up for a renowned Italian watch company and that too, for an astronomical amount.

Kareena is always game for an action film and that is also the reason why she is so excited about her next ‘Agent Vinod’, a spy thriller. So when she came to know about the concept of the ad she was thrilled with the kick butt action theme.

Sources add that the campaign was shot by Prasad Naik with a foreign team of technicians. “Her look is very Lara Croft, black jumpsuit, tightly coiled hair and a whipcord body”, reveals a tabloid.

We are sure Bebo will waste no time whipping everybody into shape.

Kareena has been a pizza fan for the longest time. A source reveals how the actress’ mother had flown to the outdoor schedule of a film carrying pizzas for her from
Mumbai because she wasn’t getting it locally.

“I love Italian food,’’ says Bebo. “I must eat pizza at least twice a week; and yes, I’m flattered that a pizza has been named after me.’’ But, she added, “Honestly speaking, I’m no longer a size zero. I’m slightly rounded because I need to be that way for my role in Karan Johar’s Hindi version of Step Mom.”
Incidentally, the size zero pizza is a thin crust affair with healthy vegetable toppings and some low-fat cheese. “It’s a misconception that cheese is unhealthy,’’ argues Bebo. “My dietician has put me on a cheese diet for the longest time. Cheese has the right fat percentage required for the body and if eaten right, it can be advantageous rather than detrimental.’’

Originally, she had wanted to spend time with Saif, mother Babita, sister Karisma and niece Samaira around her birthday… but tragedy struck Aamir’s close and happy little khandaan, and Kareena stepped to the rescue.

You know that Aamir’s wife Kiran Rao suffered a miscarriage earlier this month, and that Aamir promised Kiran he would take time off from 3 Idiots to help her recuperate from the trauma.

What Aamir didn’t realise when he made that emotional commitment was that he had given dates with Kareena to shoot a song in Mumbai during the very same period. Hesitantly, he called up his co-star and asked if she would reorganise her own diary to accommodate him at another time. And Kareena agreed, at the cost of her own birthday plans, because she realised how big Kiran’s trauma was.

Now Kareena and Aamir will shoot the song from September 25 to October 2 in Mumbai. She was in Switzerland all the while and is expected back in Mumbai today. While Aamir is in Europe. The actor has left behind his two cell phones and prefers to be incommunicado for the period that he spends with Kiran. He wants nothing to come in the way of her recuperation.

Sondra Locke

Before filming, she married Gordon Anderson, her high school sweetheart, who had played a major role in the unusual and entertaining story of her “discovery.: Although Gordon ultimately realized that he was gay, their unique and powerful bond remains to this day.

In 1975, Locke was cast by Clint Eastwood as the love interest in his film “The Outlaw Josey Wales.” Immediately, she because his leading lady both on screen and off. During the course of their thirteen year relationship, Locke starred alongside him in several films, including “The Outlaw Josey Wales,” “The Gauntlet,” “Any Which Way You Can,” and “Sudden Impact.”

During her many years with Eastwood, Locke also became one of the first women directors in Hollywood. Her first film was the off-beat and quirky “Ratboy” (in which she also starred, along with Robert Townsend). It was praised at film festivals and much admired by many critics.

Her second film, “Impulse,” starred Theresa Russell, and received “two thumbs up” from Siskel and Ebert, who proclaimed it “the best directed film [they had]seen in a long time.”

The beginning of Locke’s directorial career seemed to mark the end of her long personal life with Eastwood. Their split-up was headline grabbing and ugly. Locke fought back with the only weapon she had, and filed a lawsuit against him.

After an eighteen month stand-off, Eastwood eventually settled with her, but the most important aspect of the settlement (a contract to direct films with Warner Bros.) turned out to be false, and Locke was forced to fight again. She filed suit against Eastwood and Warner Bros., and again made headlines when the trial against Eastwood ended in her favor. Her separate lawsuit against Warner Bros. is expected to go to trial in early 1998.

In 1990, Locke was diagnosed with breast cancer. But she fought this too, heart and soul, and with the love and support of the few friends who remained close to her, and with what she describes as “help from God” she is now cancer free.

During treatment, she miraculously met a new love, a surgeon, and is now happily living with him. She is currently at work preparing her next film.
